Publication Launch & Exhibition
Collated are a series of photographs, notes, observation, thoughts, and writings. Cultural heritage and peripheral artistic media holds great power.
In the case of Florence, a rich Renaissance in the arts paired with a wealthy banking history, sculptured a city that celebrated the humanistic artistic discipline and sought to record, characterise, and collect liberal arts as a form of identity, investment, wealth, and forward thinking. This is a record, certainly my relationship with these themes has not concluded.
The eye is my own; that of an architecture student. The time I spent in Florence as an RSA John Kinross Scholar in Summer 2017 is formulated and documented for this event.
